Net Carbs =  Total Carbs - Allulose - Sugar Alcohol - Fiber

Net carbs are becoming more popular and important as we see them an a lot more food labels. They are important because the net carbs are carbohydrates in food that are actually digested and absorbed by your body. In most of our products we use monk fruit, dates, allulose some sugar alcohol as sweeteners instead of cane sugar. Sugar alcohols, allulose, and fiber pass through the digestive system without affecting blood sugar levels. Unlike fructose, allulose is absorbed in the small intestine but is not broken down, causing it to pass directly through the body.

Here is a example of our Blueberry Donut

29g - 6g Sugar alcohol - 6g Allulose = 17g Net Carbs
